Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Growlytics account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to ahmedppcads@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Growlytics account, with the subject line "Delete my Growlytics account." We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, password hash, profile image).
- Any linked sign-in connections, including Google.
- Your tracked competitors and the associated ad data we fetched for you.
- AI-generated ad creatives you created.
- Campaign plans you generated.
Publicly available advertising data itself (e.g. ads visible in Meta's own Ad Library) is not something Growlytics controls or can delete — it remains available directly from the platform that published it. We only delete the copy associated with your account.
Signed in with Google?
In addition to requesting deletion from us, you can revoke Growlytics' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
