Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

Growlytics provides competitive ad intelligence tools, including tracking publicly available advertising data for competitors you choose to monitor, AI-generated ad copy and campaign plans, and related reporting. Features, including which ad platforms and AI capabilities are available, may change over time.

We may offer a free trial period. Unless stated otherwise, no payment method is required to start a trial. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing will be handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details. Prices and plans are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform we integrate with, including Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Standards.
• Attempt to access data about individual private users of Meta, Google, or TikTok through the Service — the Service is designed to surface publicly available advertiser/ad data only, not personal data about individual consumers.
• Use AI-generated content produced through the Service in a way that is deceptive, infringing, or violates a third-party ad platform's advertising policies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or interfere with other users' access to it.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our consent.

Growlytics retrieves publicly available advertising data through third-party APIs, including Meta's Ad Library API. Your use of any data or features derived from these third-party platforms remains subject to that platform's own terms (for example, Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or completeness of data provided by third-party platforms, and access to that data may change or be interrupted if a third-party platform changes its API or policies.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as URLs, campaign details, or competitor names). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate outputs on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

The Service uses AI to generate ad copy, analysis, and campaign plans. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and is provided for your review — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before using it, including for compliance with advertising laws and third-party platform policies.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Growlytics and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated or third-party sourced data will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growlytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
